1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aura AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aura Trading ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. No Financial Advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

• Aura AI is a technology platform that provides AI-generated analysis and insights based on publicly available financial data.
• We are not a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state securities laws.
• We are not a broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or FINRA.
• The analyses, recommendations, bull/bear cases, and AI-generated content are for educational and informational purposes only.
• Nothing on this platform should be construed as an offer to buy or sell securities or as personalized investment advice.
• You should always consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All investments carry risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical data and backtested results do not guarantee future performance.
• AI-generated analysis has limitations. Our AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Market conditions change rapidly. Information may become outdated between the time it is generated and when you act on it.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. We do not make decisions on your behalf or manage your money.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Aura AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• This includes, but is not limited to, any losses incurred from investment decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Service.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any investment decisions you make based on information from the Service
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

6. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

7. Subscription and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Circumvent any rate limits or access restrictions

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, algorithms, and software, are owned by Aura AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate financial data, we rely on third-party data providers (including Yahoo Finance) and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. You should verify all information independently before making investment decisions.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
